10 years of movement, competition and progression

Where My Athletic Journey Began

I started parkour at around seven years old. What began as a passion for movement gradually became a major part of my life. For the next ten years, I trained, competed and performed, constantly pushing myself to learn new skills and become a better athlete.

Over time, parkour became much more than just learning tricks. It taught me how to control my body, overcome fear, stay disciplined and keep working on something even when progress was slow. Competing added another dimension — learning how to perform under pressure, deal with mistakes and give everything I had when it mattered.

I competed in both Speed Run and Freestyle, taking part in Czech Championships and numerous competitions across the Czech Republic. Alongside competitions, I also performed at exhibitions and events, which gave me the opportunity to experience parkour in a completely different environment.

After years of training, parkour became one of the foundations of my athletic mindset. The discipline, creativity and resilience I developed through it continue to influence the way I approach sport, work and challenges today.
