Hi, I’m Oliver Schönbauer, a Project Manager, entrepreneur and American football athlete from the Czech Republic. I enjoy turning ideas into reality, leading projects from concept to completion and constantly looking for new opportunities to grow.
Over the past few years, I have been involved in the development of sports infrastructure, digital marketing, business strategy and project coordination. Every project has taught me something new about leadership, communication and solving challenges under pressure.
At the same time, American football has become a fundamental part of my life. Competing at a high level has taught me discipline, resilience, teamwork and the importance of consistent daily improvement. The mindset I have developed through sport influences the way I approach both business and personal goals.
I believe that success comes from combining ambition with hard work. Whether I am managing a construction project, building a new business idea or preparing for the next football season, my goal remains the same—to keep improving and create something that has a lasting impact..
