10 years of movement, competition and progression
Where My Athletic Journey Began
I started parkour at around seven years old. What began as a passion for movement gradually became a major part of my life. For the next ten years, I trained, competed and performed, constantly pushing myself to learn new skills and become a better athlete.
Over time, parkour became much more than just learning tricks. It taught me how to control my body, overcome fear, stay disciplined and keep working on something even when progress was slow. Competing added another dimension — learning how to perform under pressure, deal with mistakes and give everything I had when it mattered.
I competed in both Speed Run and Freestyle, taking part in Czech Championships and numerous competitions across the Czech Republic. Alongside competitions, I also performed at exhibitions and events, which gave me the opportunity to experience parkour in a completely different environment.
After years of training, parkour became one of the foundations of my athletic mindset. The discipline, creativity and resilience I developed through it continue to influence the way I approach sport, work and challenges today.

The Final Run
In 2024, after almost a decade of parkour, my competitive journey came to an unexpected end. During the Czech Championship in Brno, I suffered a serious injury to my right foot after a jump onto a wall.
Despite the injury, I finished my run.
It was the end of one chapter, but not the end of my journey in sport.
My first experience with competitive bodybuilding
Another Side of Competition
In May 2022, I stepped into competitive bodybuilding for the first time at the MČR Moravy a Slezska. It was a completely different challenge from parkour, requiring a new level of discipline, preparation and attention to detail.
I was coached by my uncle, Luděk Jiráček, a European Champion, World Champion and multiple-time Czech Champion. Training under someone with such a high level of experience gave me a different perspective on preparation, discipline and competitive sport.
In my first bodybuilding competition, I finished 3rd place. Although it was only one competition, the experience taught me another side of competition and showed me how much preparation and consistency can influence performance.

American football became the next step in my athletic journey
Starting Over in a New Sport
In 2025, I started a completely new chapter in my athletic career by taking on American football. After years of parkour and competitive bodybuilding, stepping onto the football field meant learning an entirely different sport from the ground up.
I joined the Prague Black Panthers as a Running Back, where I quickly discovered that many of the principles I had developed through years of sport still applied discipline, explosiveness, resilience, teamwork and the willingness to keep improving.
Starting a new sport at this stage of my life was a challenge, but also an opportunity to test myself in a completely different environment. My goal was never simply to participate. I wanted to learn as quickly as possible, compete at the highest level I could reach and see how far I could take it.
